| The Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC) is an arts service organization for Warren, Washington, and Northern Saratoga Counties in New York State. LARAC was formed in 1972 by a coalition of arts minded residents, to unify the arts and cultural communiy and establish a cultural identiy. Each year LARAC expands programs and services, evolving in response to community needs. |
