I frequently go to the walmart Store in Glenmont, NY. I am generally happy with the store with just a few common annoyances here and there. But all in all, it is a fair experience shopping at Walmart. I have two complaints that I would like to voice.
1. When I shared my perspective to an employee months ago, all she could do was agree. She could not tell me how to constructively voice my opinion that you will read under number 2. Today, I went to the Customer Service Desk after being annoyed for many months and asked if I could provide some feedback and basically offer a complaint. I was told that I had to go on-line, and go to Glenmont site to make the complaint. Is Walmart SO BIG that an employee can not receive a complaint and provide a reasonable response that demonstrates the company’s wiliness to fix something that needs fixing? Really, this is extremely poor business.
